Part of the Kino Collective takeover day
In the early 1900s, a group of young girls are attending a boarding school in Australia. One Valentine's Day, the school's normally strict headmistress treats the girls to a picnic field trip to an unusual but scenic volcanic formation called Hanging Rock.
Despite rules against it, several girls venture off. It's not until the end of the day that the teachers and students realise that the girls and one faculty member have disappeared mysteriously. In the days that follow, locals search for them, and questions about what might have happened circulate around the school.
