Depot's restaurant manager Andy Pollexfen talks about the benefits of selecting locally reared meat and dairy, showcasing produce from Mays' Farm Cart near Lewes. May's are Depot's main meat supplier and all their produce is sourced locally; most of the grass-fed beef and free-range pork are from their own farm. May's deliver our milk - used in our barista coffees and teas - daily in reusable glass bottles. A selection of tasters will be available to try.
