Charlie and Eli Sisters are both brothers and assassins, boys grown to men in a savage and hostile world of America in the 1850's. They have blood on their hands: that of criminals and that of innocents. They know no state of existence other than being gunmen. The older, introspective Eli, dares to dream of a normal life while hard-drinking Charlie has taken charge with gusto as lead man on the duo's assignments, leading each brother to increasingly question the other's methods. They soon find themselves on a journey that will push their family ties to the limit, while hunting down a gold prospector during the height of the gold rush.
