Designed as a follow up for writers who have completed Julie Everton's popular Introduction to Screenwriting course. This higher level course offers a framework to develop new and in-process screenplays, including: writing prompts and glorious experiments, workshopping of drafts and screenplays, plus film analysis and discussion.

Session breakdown:

1 - Further adventures in developing ideas
2 - Character – enemies, frenemies, allies and mentors
3 - Scene writing exercises to develop the craft of scene writing
4 - Structure & story patterns.
5 - Adaptation - transpositions, commentaries, analogies
6 - Rewrites and workshopping / pitching
