What is your cancellation and refund policy?

We require 24 hours notice for a refund, except when the film/event is completely sold out and there is a waiting list. If a cancellation is made the same day as the performance, we may be able to move your ticket to the same film but on a different day or time. We regret that we cannot issue credit notes or vouchers for cancelled tickets.

What happens to my ticket if a film at Depot is cancelled or changed to a day I can’t attend?

If Depot has to cancel a film or it is moved to a day which is inconvenient to the customer, a full refund is automatically issued.

Why do you take contact details for each booking?

We take contact details in case there is a technical issue with the film (we sometimes suffer from local power cuts in the area) and need to automatically refund a customer’s ticket. It is also used to contact customers in the event of screen/performance-time changes or if customers lose items during the screening given the huge amount of lost property we acquire each year! Please see our privacy notice.

Why is there a 60p booking fee per ticket for telephone bookings?

The booking fee helps fund the running of our booking services inlcuding our remote-payment facility.

If a film is sold out, can I go on a waiting list?

We usually have a waiting list for sold-out screenings and if we don’t, we can create one! Just ask any member of the Box Office team.
