Sat 16 Nov 10:15 - 16:15

The course is a fun and informative day for emerging writers of any age (18 +) who are keen to work with two experienced writer / lecturers. At the end of the day, you will have drafted a 10 page short screenplay. Using exciting and challenging prompts, you will learn and develop your skills in:

How to generate and develop a workable idea as a premise.
How to create and develop believable characters.
How to structure a satisfying narrative, including conflict and an inciting incident.
How to lay out your script on the page.

The day will end with a group reading of the scripts, if participants wish.
