Everybody Friendly Screenings

Everybody Friendly Screenings

Depot hosts a series of specially curated relaxed screenings

Depot’s Everybody-Friendly Screenings are a relaxed, subtitled movie experience in our spacious and accessible cinema. They are especially welcoming for older guests, as well as autistic people, the D/deaf community and people with learning difficulties or dementia.

How are everybody friendly screenings different?

Everybody-Friendly Screenings are less intense than everyday screenings with the auditorium lights at half-setting and the sound slightly lower. All films are subtitled.

There is a super-relaxed vibe; you can join in with songs and actions and if you need to move about, that is fine too. You can arrive early and take your time getting to your seats while we serve tea and biscuits. There is a quiet area outside and Depot staff and volunteers are always on hand to help you.

Tickets are only £5 and carers come for free!

If you have any questions or concerns about visiting us at Depot for one of our Everybody-Friendly screenings, please don’t hesitate to get in contact with Liz, our fantastic host for these events, at [email protected]
