This practical week-long course for 12-16 year olds will take you from idea to finished film over five days. The sessions will be run by Anthony Gates, our in-house filmmaking expert, who has extensive teaching experience. Ideas will be turned into short films through a process of storyboarding, filming and editing. Editing can be completed in Depot’s Edit Suite using Premiere but participants would need to bring a camera, smartphone or tablet. The course is suitable for total beginners or people who already have some experience of filmmaking.

The course runs from Monday 20 Aug to Friday 24, from 10:00 to 16:00 each day. The full cost of the course is £200 and at least five participants are needed for the course to run.
