Wilma De Jong, Senior lecturer at the University of Sussex and published writer on the subject of documentaries, will lead discussions on topics raised in her chosen documentaries. They include an introduction with clips from films.

In this club we will examine what makes a film a ‘documentary’ and consider how the genre explores the fascinating dimensions of our real lives, our obsessions and our ambitions to create a fairer world.
