This six week Animation course for 9-14 year olds on the autism spectrum will run on Wednesdays from Nov 6 to Dec 11 from 5pm to 7pm. The sessions will be facilitated by Anthony Gates, Depot’s resident filmmaking expert and experienced teacher, and Liza Chinery (SEN/Autism Practitioner from iContact).  Each session will start with yoga based grounding exercises followed by an animation workshop offering the participants experience of a range of techniques including pixilation, cut out and stop motion with props. There will also be time for projects. Class size will not exceed 8 so there will plenty of individual support. The total cost for all six sessions is £80.
