Discover the hidden magic of movie sound in this fun, hands-on family workshop from Small World Cinema.
Children and their families will explore the world of Foley (the art of creating sound effects for film) using everyday objects to recreate everything from galloping horses and croaking frogs to crackling fires and rolling thunder.
Please note: All children AND all accompanying adults must book a ticket to attend the workshop

Returning to Depot for 2026, we will watch and experience films in a unique new way, with specialist performers bringing stories to life through sensory moments, live music, activities, movement and play! Think secret cinema meets autism friendly relaxed cinema meets sensory cinema.
It’s a cinematic event for the whole family! These films are particularly suitable for 5-11 year olds, but will be immensely enjoyed by all age groups.
